HOW DOES IT WORK?
Is CliniShield an Insurance?
No! CliniShield is not an insurance. It is a medical booking facilitator that does not provide medical advices nor get remunerated by any means from medical providers. CliniShield works with multiple panels of Outpatient providers.
How CliniShield is different from Great Eastern, AIA, Prudential, Singlife Medical perks!
First our Outpatient benefits are more comprehensive, affordable and with no conditions compared to those from most insurers that tend to work exclusively with specific & unique medical providers. CliniShield works with all the major providers in Singapore. Also all these insurers offer some perks only when your clients signed with them. You can offer CliniShield as a gift prior to signing for any policies with any insurer. CliniShield is ideal to generate leads or to reward a client that opted for an insurance that does not provide such perks.
What does the $12 fee comprise of?
$12 per Month (including GST) is the only fee you have to pay to be able to invite unlimited leads or clients. If you have 100 clients or leads in a month, you will pay the same fee: $12 only. You have access to the invitation as long as you pay your monthly fee. You can stop anytime by just cancelling the payment.
Can I invite unlimited people to join?
Yes! Regardless the number of leads or clients you invite, you will only pay $12 per month. As long as you pay the monthly fee, you will be able to invite as much member as you wish. There is not limit of members.
I want to offer CliniShield, how do I start and what data you need from me?
Contact us and we will open an account for you. It is immediate. We will need only your name, Email and mobile phone. We will send you a link that explain how you start inviting people, and a link link to pay your first $12. You will have 24h00 to pay. You will be able to cancel anytime if you dont want to pursue.
What do you mean by opening an account?
We will open your very own account where you will be able to generate links or a QR codes to invite all your clients and leads. This account will help you to monitor who joined. You will be able to access their name, DOB, Email and Mobile phone as well.
*How do you derive the estimated savings CliniShield provide to its members?
We are assuming the minimum routine check up and visit done in different specialties. Here how we calculate - Once a year dentist check up: Save $60 (pay $70, instead of $130) - Twice a year GP Clinic visit: Save $26 (pay $12, instead of $25) - 1 Healthscreening Save $100 (Pay $350 instead of $450) - 2 Maid Compulsory Screening Save $44 (Pay $21.6, instead of $44, twice a year) - 1 Specialist visit + a follow up Save $90 (First Consultation at $100 instead of $160, follow up at $80 instead of $120) - Save 25% of your spectacles ($70 estimated)
How do I cancel and what happens to the leads or clients I invited?
You can cancel by contacting us or just stop paying. Upon cancellation, we will invite you to download your Client database, then we will close your account. Your leads and clients will become orphan and will be invited to pay $12 at their membership renewal upon a request for booking only. We are a DataTrustmark certified company, as such we comply strictly the PDPA regulation. We will never contact your database for any purpose. We will never sell your database. We will delete your client account if they ask for it.
