No! CliniShield is not an insurance. It is a medical booking facilitator that offer reduced price on healthcare. It does not provide medical advices nor get remunerated by any means from medical providers. CliniShield works with multiple panels of Outpatient providers.
What do I need CliniShield if I have already a Health Insurance?
Your health insurance may have some outpatient limitations that CliniShield can compensate with specific rates. For instance your dental care may be excluded or limited to $100 per year. Same for optics, or your domestic helper compulsory health screening. CliniShield helps you reduce the overall outpatient bills.
How much is CliniShield?
CliniShield is Free for unlimited bookings.
Do I still need to pay CliniShield if I have been referred or invited to join?
No, You dont need to pay for the yearly membership. Clinishield is free.

No! To join you just need to provide Name, DOB, Mobile & Email. We will never ask or collect such Personal information. We will never ask through our concierge service such information as well. What Personal Data Does CliniShield Collect & Store ?
Name, DOB, Mobile Phone and Email only. We are DataTrustmark Certified by IMDA and collect minimum data. We do not collect credit card, payment method, medical records, NRIC numbers or any other Personal Information.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel &/or delete your account anytime. All your data will be deleted as well immediately. The Membership fee that has been paid will not reimbursed however.
