Is CliniShield an Insurance?
No! CliniShield is not an insurance. It is a medical booking facilitator that does not provide medical advices nor get remunerated by any means from medical providers. CliniShield works with multiple panels of Outpatient providers.
What do I need CliniShield if I have already a Health Insurance?
Your health insurance may have some outpatient limitations that CliniShield can compensate with specific rates. For instance your dental care may be excluded or limited to $100 per year. Same for optics, or your domestic helper compulsory health screening. CliniShield helps you reduce the overall outpatient bills.
How much is CliniShield?
$12 per Year, unlimited bookings, payable if you have not been referred and only once your first booking with CliniShield Concierge is confirmed! Such Fee is paid back at your first booking in view of the Medical rates we have negotiated for you. You will be asked to pay via PayNow to the UEN: 201903812R that belongs to My-Insurer Pte Ltd that owns and manages CliniShield. After 1 year, you will be asked to pay again only if you ask for a booking.
Do I still need to pay CliniShield if I have been referred or invited to join?
No, You dont need to pay for the yearly membership. If your employer or an affiliate invited you to download CliniShield, then you dont have to pay the yearly membership.

What clinics are under CliniShield’s network?
We partner with 350 over clinics in Singapore. They join our panel if they agree to follow our processes, protocols, compliances and provide an relevant benefits to our members. CliniShield does not own any Clinics but seeks to partner with known and reputable panel of Clinics.

Do I need to provide a Debit or Credit Card, NRIC or Medical Record to join CliniShield?
No! To join you just need to provide Name, DOB, Mobile & Email. We will never ask or collect such Personal information. We will never ask through our concierge service such information as well. What Personal Data Does CliniShield Collect & Store ?
Name, DOB, Mobile Phone and Email only. We are DataTrustmark Certified by IMDA and collect minimum data. We do not collect credit card, payment method, medical records, NRIC numbers or any other Personal Information.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel &/or delete your account anytime. All your data will be deleted as well immediately. The Membership fee that has been paid will not reimbursed however.
